If you need to return something, we’re here to help

Please notify the team within 72 hours upon receiving your item from our courier

To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unused within our packaging and in the same condition upon receipt back to our warehouse

We ask you to take care when packing the item/s for return as we are unable to accept liability for goods damaged in transit

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item shipping costs are non-refundable.

You have up to 14 working days to return the item from the date it was received

Refund

Once we receive your item, we will inspect accordingly and notify you by email (if provided)

If your return is approved, we will arrange a refund to your original method of payment
